Refund Policy for digital goods..

Overview

Hi, we’re Codermails and welcome to the Codermails Refund Rules. These rules apply to all customers.

The products we sell here are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, Once sold and download by customers we have no control to stop working of the digital item so refund of not possible. 
Before you ask for a refund from us

If you have purchased an item from our Codermails  and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you contact the support through live chat support or submitting a support ticket for that item and seek assistance.  we ll be able to help to troubleshoot your problem.

Asking for refunds from codermails
sometimes there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the circumstances in which we will provide you a refund: the item doesn’t work the way it should.

1. Item has a security vulnerability
Items that have not been downloaded becuase of link expired or any other issue.
 – 
the item doesn’t work the way it should.
If an item doesn’t work the way it should then it is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund.

2.  Item has a security vulnerability
If an item contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you would be entitled to a refund . If the item can be fixed, then we will surely fix the issue it time frame of 2 week. If the item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then we will provide a refund for the item.

3. Items that have not been downloaded
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 15 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will have to provide us complete details with reason why you not able to download it. 

Codermails is not obliged to refunds in any of the situations listed below.

1.  You don’t want it after 2. you’ve downloaded it
3. The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
4. You simply change your mind
5. You have downloaded the item and item is working as described on product information.
6. You bought an item by mistake
7. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
8. You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
You can no longer access the item because it has been removed or the author who previously provided the item is no longer active on our platform (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
